How To Fix "Contacts Have Been Removed"

Should you receive correspondence conveying the message "Contacts have been removed" or encounter the notification "This contact has been removed from future mailings, at their request," it typically indicates one of three circumstances:

  1. Another user of Lovebird extended an invitation or Save the Date to the individual in question, who subsequently opted to discontinue correspondence. This measure effectively prohibits any future communication via mail or text from any user of Lovebird to the specified email address or phone number.

  1. You, as the sender, sent an invitation or Save the Date to the aforementioned individual, and they chose to withdraw from further correspondence via email or text from either yourself or your organization.
  2. You, as the sender, sent an invitation or Save the Date to the aforementioned individual, and they categorized the email as spam within their inbox. Consequently, Lovebird automatically excludes the contact from future communications associated with your account.

If you suspect that your guest or recipient took any of the above actions in error, they can contact us at help@lovebird.com to request the removal of the block imposed on their email address or phone number.
