Options for Building Your Digital Card Recipient List

After you create and save your digital Thank You Card or digital Engagement Announcement, you will be directed to the Recipients Page, where several options are available for to build your recipient list:

Add Individual or Add List

If you prefer to type or paste emails:

Select the Add Individual option and enter the recipient's name and email/phone number.
Select the Add List option to Enter or Paste a List of Emails or Phone Numbers section to quickly add multiple entries.
- Paste your list of emails or phone numbers, separated by commas, semicolons, or line breaks.

Important Notes:

Email entries can be formatted as: "Jessie Smith" <jessie.smith@example.com>.
Phone numbers must be entered first, followed by the guest’s name. Names and phone numbers cannot be entered together in the “Paste a List” feature as emails can.

Import Contacts

To streamline the process with existing contact lists:

Choose the Import option.
Select your preferred method of import:
- Webmail providers such as Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL, and Hotmail.
- Upload A .CSV file. The file must have at least one column with the title "Email Address" or "Phone Number". If these titles are absent, open your file in Excel and ensure to add one of these column titles if they're not already there. Additionally, "First Name" and "Last Name" column titles will be imported if present. These titles must be in the cells at the very top of the spreadsheet, and no other titles should be added.

Note: Phone numbers cannot be imported for Digital Cards.

Contacts

For returning Lovebird users:

All contacts from previous Invitations or Digital Cards are automatically stored in your Lovebird account.
Use this option to select recipients from past event guest lists or prior card recipient lists.

Past Guest Lists / Past Cards

To send cards to individuals from previous events (for returning Lovebird users):

Select the Guest Lists or Past Cards option.
Browse through lists organized by the name of each past event or card you’ve sent.
