  1. Click the Import button to upload your CSV.

Important Notes on CSV Uploads

  • The file must include a First Name and Last Name column.
  • Each row must contain at least a First Name and a Last Name.
    • If these titles are absent, open your file and ensure to add these column titles if they're not already there.
  • Tags cannot be created during the CSV import process. Ensure all tags you want to use already exist in your guest list before or after uploading.
  • Multiple email addresses or phone numbers in a single cell may cause an error when importing contacts.
  • Parties can only be made after the CSV has been uploaded.

Troubleshooting Import Issues:

If you encounter problems during the upload, it may be due to incorrect formatting of your CSV file.

  • If you would like, you can include columns labeled Email Address and Phone Number. These titles must appear in the first row of the spreadsheet. Avoid adding unrelated titles.
  • Ensure your file is saved as a CSV (Comma Separated Values).
To avoid any potential issues during the upload, it’s best to follow the format provided above.

After ensuring all column titles are in place, attempt uploading again. If you continue to encounter issues, feel free to email us at help@lovebird.com for assistance. Be sure to attach your problematic file for review.
