How to Build a Guest List to Collect Website RSVPs

To collect RSVPs directly through your wedding website (and not through a digital invitation), you’ll first need to build a guest list. To get started, navigate to your wedding website from your Dashboard. In the Guest List section, click the “Add Guests” button to enter your guests’ information.

You can manually input each guest’s name, email address, and/or phone number in the provided fields, then click “Add” to save them to your list.

If you already have a spreadsheet of your guest information, you can save time by importing it. Click the “Import” button in the bottom right corner of the Guest List section and upload a CSV file from your computer.

Once you’ve finished adding your guests, return to your dashboard and locate the “RSVPs” section. Click the “Turn On RSVP Tracking” button to enable response tracking.

On the next screen, underneath the "View Guest List" button, toggle on the option labeled “Collect RSVPs on your website.” This will activate the RSVP collection directly on your wedding website, allowing guests to submit their responses online.
