How to Use Tags with a Guest List
This article is specifically for couples who plan to collect RSVPs through their wedding website (not through a digital invitation).
To enhance your event planning experience, we offer a flexible categorization tool called Tags. This allows you to group and label guests based on shared characteristics or affiliations, such as “Family,” “Colleagues,” “Bridal Party,” or “Out-of-Town Guests.” You can create custom tags to organize your guest list in any way that best suits your planning needs
How to Create Tags
Once you’re in your Guest List, locate “Tags” in the left-hand navigation (towards the bottom).
Click on “Add Tags” and type in your desired tag name. You can repeat this as desired to create as many tags as you need.
Once you have created your tags, you can edit or delete them in the same screen by clicking on the “Pen” or “Trash” icons. Be sure to click “Save” and “Done” once finished.
How to Apply Tags
Select the desired guests for the tag, and click “Assign Tags”.
Select the desired tag and click “Save”.
Your changes will be reflected in the created Tag section.
You can also add a guest within the specific tag section.
