How to Use the Guest Waitlist

If you're undecided about who to invite to your big day, our Waitlist feature is designed to help. Guests placed on the waitlist will not be able to find themselves on the website RSVP until you move them to the Invited list. This gives you the flexibility to manage your guest list with confidence, without overcommitting your headcount.

You can add guests to the waitlist in two ways: from the Waitlist tab or directly within a guest’s details.

In the Waitlist tab, you can quickly add a guest by entering their first name, last name, and either an email address or phone number. This automatically places them in the waitlist section.

Whenever you are viewing a guest’s details or adding a guest normally, you will see a toggle on the top with the options of “Invited” or “Waitlist”. Simply select the appropriate status and save to ensure the guest is on the correct list.
