How To Track Adults, Children, or Infants on Your Guest List
To enable tracking of adults, children, and infants in your guest list, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Invitation Options page.
- Turn ON the setting for "Track adults, children, and infants" located in the Advanced Features section.
Once you enable this setting, your guests can respond to the invitation with the option to indicate if they are bringing additional guests and specify whether those guests are adults, children, or infants.
The age information will appear in a new column on your Manage Invitation page. Additionally, the system will maintain the totals for each category at the top of the page, just under the RSVP Status section.
By activating this feature, you can efficiently track the composition of your guest list, ensuring accurate planning for your event.
