How To Update the Subject Line of Your Invitation Email
When your guests receive the invitation in their email, the default subject line will start with "You're Invited" and will be followed by the Event Title that you enter on the Design page. For example, if the Event Title entered is "Polly and Theo's Wedding", the subject line will display as: You're Invited: Polly and Theo's Wedding.
If you wish to provide more clarity or personalize the subject line, you can easily update it as you desire. Follow these steps to update the subject line for your wedding invitation or save the dates:
- Before sending the invitation, navigate to the Add Guests page and click on Set Options.
- Enable Customize Message to Guests, then click Edit to modify the subject line.
- If sent prior, access the Manage Invitation page. Click on Invitation Options.
- Enable Customize Message to Guests. Then, click Edit to make the necessary adjustments.
You are also able to customize the message that is sent to your guests alongside the invitation.
